"The hand is the instrument of instruments." Aristote, De Anima

Our hands, true mirrors of our moods, professions, and cultures, often reveal more than words can express. Whether in sports, music, or daily life, we often don't realize how useful our hands are until they are limited in mobility. That's why optimal hand rehabilitation is essential, and physiotherapy is relevant in various cases:

  • After surgery (Dupuytren's contracture, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, suturing of flexor or extensor tendons, etc.)
  • After immobilization (cast, splint)
  • Following trauma (wrist fracture, finger fracture, sprain or dislocation of the fingers, etc.)
  • In cases of motor problems (tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, nerve compression, etc.).

From fingertips to elbow, a variety of techniques such as hooking, massage, mobilization, targeted exercises, and the neuro-meningeal stretching technique (Butler method) are employed to promote rapid and effective rehabilitation. Additionally, patients are provided with advice to continue the progress observed during rehabilitation sessions at home.
