What is NLP?

It is a practice resulting from the observation of 3 great therapists of exceptions that are:

- Milton Eryckson for hypnosis,

- Virginia Satir for systemic therapy,

- Perls Fritz for gestational therapy.

Gestational therapy focuses on the way in which everyone manages the contact with his environment and more particularly the contact with others.

Systemic therapy focuses on group interactions and the characteristics of the system in which the person lives.

Hypnosis is a psychological mode of functioning in which a subject, through the intervention of another person, manages to disregard the surrounding reality while remaining in relation with the accompanist. This particular mode of operation brings to light new possibilities: for example, additional possibilities for the action of the mind on the body, or psychological work at an unconscious level.

Two psychologists, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, sought out how these therapists were successful in their therapies, and made some sort of synthesis by adding some inputs from the brief therapy of the Palo Alto school: neuro-linguistic programming.

The purpose of NLP is to understand how the individual constructs his subjective experience of the world, of others, of himself. And how to transform negative experiences in order to fully develop and give oneself more choices.


For who ? For what?

Here are the most common issues that can benefit from NLP tools and / or hypnosis:

Anxiety, depression, phobia, drinking of eating behavior, direct obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, stress post-traumatic, stopping of smoking, disruption of selfesteem , allergy, to release the injunctions of the past.

Learning self-hypnosis  to better live with its illness and its treatment

                                                                to prevent and reduce cardiovascular risks (infarction, tako tsubo,                                    high blood pressure, etc ...)            

                                                                To learn how to manage emotions, stress.


How is the meeting going?


The first session will begin with an anamnesis, which will be the key to the continuation of the work. The history that can last up to the first session (depending on the patient's concerns) will allow the practitioner to choose the most appropriate tool for that patient.

This tool, which will be derived from hypnosis and / or NLP, will prepare or initiate the process of change at an unconscious level for a party.


Duration and frequency of consultations?


The duration varies depending on the problem. Sometimes 2 to 3 sessions might be enough, other times 10 sessions will be needed, sometimes more. The goal will be to optimize the session as much as possible when possible.

Frequency may be once every week or every two weeks.
